Dr Marcus Jacobs

Qualified as a doctor in 2001. He trained at St Andrews then Manchester University. He became a GP in 2006 and joined us in 2009.

Dr Zak Uddin    

I qualified from Manchester University in 2004 and initially pursued surgical training before switching to General Practice. I have been at Chorley Health Centre since March 2022. I am hoping to set up a minor ops service

Ms Michelle Innocent

I qualified from Aston University in 1997 then did my pre-registration in Wigan Infirmary. I then worked in community pharmacy for many years and developed strong clinical governance and management skills.

Recently I moved into the practice pharmacist role to apply my knowledge in different ways. I am very interested in clinical pharmacy and am working towards attaining an independent prescriber qualification in the near future.

I believe strongly in patient centered care and understand we need to take a holistic look at medicine treatment and understand the whole person rather than seeing them as the sum of their pills.
